We accept returns or exchanged for unworn jewelry within 7 days of delivery. For returns, please email [email protected] for an exchange or return authorization number. 

We reserve the right to deny unreasonable repairs, returns, and exchanges.  

How can I exchange an item?

If you are interested in exchanging an item, please return the original item purchased, and you will be issued a refund minus the shipping charge. You can then place a new order or a secure invoice can be e-mailed to you. We do not cover the shipping cost for domestic and international exchanges.

How long does it take to receive my refund?

All refunds will be processed minus the shipping charge within 1-3 days of receipt at our studio. We do not pay for return shipping fees. If we receive a return past the 10 days then the original payment will be returned for store credit. Due to small business operations, we thank you for acknowledging the need for a return within the 10 days grace period of receiving your package, as a cash return will not be available after this grace period.

What items are non refundable?

All items marked final sale, torn or stained items, items purchased during special promotional events or seasonal sales cannot be returned.
